Excerpted from our QT Message Board, April 1, 2006:

"Hello All: I wish that you could have all been with us yesterday when we shared lunch and a barrel of laughs at the Olive Garden. First of all, we had a nice little side room (which just happened to be available, much to our pleasure) and I had a tiara which I had for Princess Maxine. She came in with one for me, Leslie wore a flower ring with ribbons for her headdress. I had a "Royal Decree" of Knighthood for Richard and Leslie had brought a sword so that I could dub him as Sir Richard, Knight Errant. . . .

I gave Richard the "scroll" of the "royal decree" and he couldn't stop laughing. He did say that he was afraid that we'd pull something like that and so we didn't disappoint him, did we? If I could have found a Knight's helmet (if that is what they are called), I'd have bought it for him. . . .

While we were in OG, we were the entertainment of the day, I think. People were stopping and asking if we were "Queens for a Day" and wishing us fun for the outing. We saw giggles, raised eyebrows, smiles and, all in all, it was a blast.

Until we next meet in the land of Spamalot or in just plain ordinary lands, 'Till we meet again'.

Our waitress, Shannon.  She was great, and was telling us of her new business venture!  Check out her web site for Barefoot Beach Spa.
