(serves 12 dip potions)

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lg clove garlic, minced
1 c. (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/4 c. Heinz catsup
1 tsp white sugar
3/4 tsp oregano dried
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese at room temp.
1/3 c. fresh grated parmesan cheese

Sauté beef, onion and garlic in a skillet until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain Fat. Stir in next 4 ingredients, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Spoon off the fat again. Add cheeses. Heat until creamy and well combined. Can be doubled. A pkg. of taco mix can be add to meat for another flavor. I serve this in a small crock pot. Never last long enough.
