Light Meat Loaf

Makes: 8 servings
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 lb. extra-lean ground beef
3/4 lb. ground turkey breast
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup Progresso® Plain Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking
spray. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except barbecue sauce;
mix well. Press mixture in pan. Brush barbecue sauce over top.
2. Bake at 350°F. for 60 to 70 minutes or until
thoroughly cooked in center and thermometer inserted into center
registers 160°F. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
