Crisp Little Lemon Cookies

1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus lemon cake mix*
1 cup crisp rice cereal
1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients; blend well. Form into 1-inch balls, pressing firmly; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 9 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown around edges. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
36 to 48 cookies.

*Other Pillsbury Plus flavors can be used; add 3 tablespoons water to chocolate cake mix flavors.

HIGH ALTITUDE- Above 3500 feet: bake at 375 for 12 to 14 minutes.
