Mandarin Orange Cake

For cake:
1 pkg yellow cake mix
10 oz can mandarin oranges, do not drain
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
For frosting:
15 oz crushed pineapple, do not drain
9 oz tub whipped topping
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
Combine the cake mix, eggs, oranges, and oil. Beat 2 minutes on
high; 1 minute on low. Pour into two 9" cake pans. Bake at 350
degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let the cake cool completely before
frosting or the frosting will melt. To make the
frosting, combine the pineapple, whipped topping and pudding. Beat
for 2 minutes. Frost cake. |
