Crockpot Burgundy Beef

Spray Crockpot with Pam.
Empty into Crockpot:
1 1/2 lbs. stewing beef, cut into bite sized pieces
1 envelope dry Onion Soup Mix
1/2 cup burgundy wine (I use Lambrusco, or a similar one)
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Stir all ingredients and cook on low for 8-10 hours*
* If you would to cook it for fewer hours, 1 hour on HIGH setting
equals 1 1/2 hours on LOW setting. |
